Bench Plaque

Within the Crematorium grounds, Benches are available onto which plaques may be fixed for a lease of 10 years.

 Please note the Bench remains the property of the Crematorium and as such several unrelated plaques may be fixed to any one bench.

Benches available for dedication are marked with a numbered plaque which can be found on the front of the Bench. Please visit the Crematorium to obtain the bench number in the area you require. Record the number of the bench on your order form / advise the office at the time of order.

The plaque can be cast with an inscription of your choice. We have provided a template to help you plan your inscription and this can be found on the memorial order form.

Please be aware that flowers and other personal items cannot be fixed to the plaque or bench and any found will be removed.      

The Lease Period is 10 years, which is renewable.  After 10 years the Bench Plaque will be removed and retained at the Crematorium Office which may be collected by you or a nominated person.  Bench Plaques not collected within three months will be sent for charitable recycling.
