Rose Plaque
You can now spread the cost of our Rose Plaque Memorial over 6 months.

We have Roses in the Crematorium grounds in front of which leased plaques may be placed.
On receipt of your payment for the 5 year lease you may select one of our Roses in front of which your plaque may be placed.
Persons wishing to secure a particular place should contact the Crematorium office. Payment methods acceptable are credit/debit card, cash, cheque or postal order.
It is important to understand that the Rose is not included in the lease agreement, no ownership of that item is inferred to, or may be assumed by, the lease holder.
The initial lease Period is 5 years, which is then renewable for a further 5 or 10 Years. When the lease expires the Rose Plaque will be removed and retained at the Crematorium Office to collected by you or a nominated person. Rose Plaques not collected within three months will be sent for charitable recycling.

All completed forms can be printed off and send to us by post, or by email to Bramcotecrem@broxtowe.gov.uk.
Once the form has been sent please phone 0115 9173849 to make the payment for the memorial.
