Answer the telephone day or night by a trained member of our team.
We will ask for some personal details of the person who has died.
Ask if a doctor or qualified person verified the death.
Establish the location of the deceased.
Attend to bringing the deceased person from the place at which they have died into our care.
Support you every step of the way to make funeral arrangements for your loved one, your wishes, your way.

Assist you in obtaining a medical certificate from a GP or hospital doctor.
Advise you on how to register the death (within 5 days). This document is needed for the funeral to take place.
